VENDORS MUST BEGIN BREAK DOWN NO LATER THAN 10:30pm. ALL STAFF AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT FROM YOUR BOOTH. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL YOUR PRODUCT.Provide pictures of your set up. Check in begins at 6:00pm. If you arrive after the event begins (7:00pm) we have the right to refuse you from setting up. You can Park in the Pearl parking lot located under the bridge to unload. Please stay in your designated spaces. Pick up all your trash at the end of the market. Violation of this can lead to a temporary ban and eventually a permanent ban if persistent.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL YOUR PRODUCT. Do not run wires through walkways. Provide pictures of your set up. Check in begins at 6:00pm . If you arrive after the event begins (7:00pm) we have the right to refuse you from setting up. You can Park in the Pearl parking lot located under the bridge to unload. We do not offer exclusivity to any vendors. Vendors are responsible for having all proper and needed permits.
Refund Policy
No Refunds. RAIN OR SHINE event. Only rollovers if the event coordinator chooses to reschedule the event due to severe weather or any other third party disturbances that we see fit
Vendors Accepted: vendors selling art,handmade items, drinks, food, vintage collectibles, trinkets, or hard goods get priority on spots :)
