The Fort Worth Community Market is a casual, open-air farmers & artisans market conveniently located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas in the Near Southside adjacent to downtown. Offering fresh produce, meats, baked goods, artisan bread, cheese, salsa, pasta, pickles, jellies and jams, honey, baked goods, prepared foods, pet products and select artisanal goods, all from the state of Texas. Spanning nearly a decade, we are proud to serve and be a part of our city’s vibrant community! Event Owner, Producer & Coordinator: Tiffany & Blake Parish Honeysuckle Rose Events honeysuckleroseevents@gmail.com Please Read Our Vendor Product Guidelines Before Applying: All vendors must make, grow, or personally produce at least 75% of the products they sell. Our primary focus is produce, ready to eat foods, beverages, cottage foods and pantry staples. We welcome: Local farmers, artists, crafters, apothecaries, small-batch food producers, and creatives of many kinds. Thoughtfully curated resale items (up to 25% of your offerings) that align with our values—such as sustainable, eco-friendly kitchen and bath goods (e.g., reusable utensils, toothbrushes, floss, refill dish soap, etc.). No clothing. Items purchased for resale only if the vendor works closely with the artisan(s), village, or cooperative that makes the product. Products must have a traceable, transparent origin and reflect fair or direct trade relationships. Plants! We encourage plants grown or propagated by you, but thoughtfully sourced and well-cared-for varieties (especially natives) are considered on a case-by-case basis. Reselling plants from big box stores (e.g., Home Depot) is not permitted. We do NOT allow: Mass-produced, factory-made, or imported items that fall outside of our sustainability and handmade curation standards. MLM (multi-level marketing) products (e.g., Scentsy, Paparazzi, Herbalife, etc.). Fully “private label” brands where the vendor is not directly involved in the product’s creation. Assembled goods made only from pre-purchased parts (e.g., jewelry or crafts) unless substantial original craftsmanship is clearly demonstrated. 3D printed items using pre-made files/templates. Vendors must design their own files and be able to show originality. Apparel vendors are only approved if their designs clearly reflect food, kitchen, farming, or farmers market themes; apparel without this connection will not be considered. This is a family-friendly and inclusive space. Products with explicit language, political messaging, or overt religious content should not be displayed. If something comes up and a vendor can no longer attend a market they were accepted for, the vendor must communicate as soon as they know via email or text (communication is everything!). Invoices will be sent via Quickbooks and come from Honeysuckle Rose Events. Payments are due 25 days prior to the event date (or due upon receipt if you join late). **We are now implementing a LATE FEE of $15 (non-refundable) for accepted vendors who pay after the payment deadline. If the invoice has still not been paid 3 days after the payment deadline, it will then be cancelled and the vendor will be removed from that market date. Vendors that repeatedly do not pay their fees on time and without communication will be removed from any upcoming market dates you were previously accepted for. ***We will no longer be able to offer a $25 hold fee like we have done in the past for vendors who need more time to pay. Vendors must pay their full invoice balance by its due date. We will no longer be sending out manual email reminders, social media reminders or text reminders to vendors who have overdue invoices. Our Quickbooks Invoice System already sends out auto reminders. This year you will get 3-4 emails from Quickbooks pertaining to your unpaid invoice. Please be considerate of the time we spend managing and organizing these events and communicate cancellations with us rather than just not paying your fee. - The Fort Worth Community Market is a local Homegrown & Handmade market & we only allow the following items grown/produced within a 150 mile radius of Ft. If you are accepted, you will receive an email with instructions for payment to secure your space. If you are not accepted you will also receive an email regarding your status. Check your emails often to stay up to date. - Please note that the Fort Worth Community Market is a curated market and not first come, first served. While we encourage vendors to apply early, early submission does not guarantee acceptance. Our team carefully reviews each application to curate a balanced vendor mix that aligns with the overall vision and vibe of the market. If an application is not accepted, it simply means it was not the right fit for that specific event.
