Welcome to the Bare Bones Market! Hosted by Remy Bones, Miau4art (Mia), and Guillermo's Italian Restaurant! This will be a super fun filled event with different activities such as: * Costume Contest * Spooky Sip and Paint (RSVP required) * Karaoke Contest * Vendor Trick or Treat * Free raffle for vendors and patrons (accepting vendor contributions) Explore the haunted restaurant, eat some great pizza, and show off your costume just before Halloweekend! Being a vendor means you are agreeing to bring store bought individualy packaged candies of your choice for our trick or treaters! Vendors are highly encouraged to wear a costume for the event! :D Bring your best cosplays. Set up/Take down/Check in: Please check in at the check in table before unloading/setting up. Every vendor will be carefully placed to ensure fairness accross sales! We do NOT provide vendor tables, chairs, or tents. Please bring what is required for your designated vendor space! :) Set up will begin at 4:30pm but vendors are not required to arrive exactly at 4:30pm Vendors must be set up by 5:45pm to ensure everything is set to begin. DO NOT pack up before 9:45pm. Vendors who pack up before 9:45 may not have the chance to vend with us in the future. We do this to ensure patrons have a great time and don't feel pressured to leave. VENDOR RULES: 1. Please clean up after yourself, we want to ensure our environment is staying as clean as possible. We will pass out trashbags to your spot. 2. Vendors required to bring their own lights for their booth. 3. Follow set up and take down times. 4. Do not leave your booth unattended. Hosts are NOT responsible for any damaged or stolen goods. If you need a bathroom break please talk to one of the hosts and we can watch your spot :)! 5. Please bring water and ensure you are hydrated! 6. Have fun!! Make friends and great memories!
