Vendor Instructions
📍 Vendor Setup Instructions Vendor Check-In Opens: 30 minutes before event start time Market Opens to Public: 11AM Market Ends: 4PM Please bring: ✅ Your own tables, chairs, racks, displays, and tent (if applicable) ✅ Bring your own power supply!! No power or plug ins will be available ✅ Weights for tents (required if using a canopy) ✅ Any inventory, signage, and supplies needed for the event Finding Your Booth: Your assigned booth number is listed on your CrowdFame ticket and confirmation email. Upon arrival: Enter through the vendor entrance. Locate your assigned booth on the event map. Proceed directly to your designated space. Begin setup immediately. Setup Schedule: Vendors may begin setup 30 minutes before the event opens. Parking: 🚫 Do not leave vehicles blocking aisles, fire lanes, entrances, or neighboring vendor spaces. Booth Rules: Stay within your assigned booth boundaries. Keep walkways clear and accessible. Maintain a clean and professional presentation. Breakdown: Remove all merchandise and equipment.
