This is an indoor and outdoor event. Indoor booths are limited and are only available as 6x6 spaces. Outdoor spaces are 10x10 and on a raised outdoor mat. Please be advised we do not provide tables, chairs, tents or any staging materials. Our host has two kitchen spaces available that measure out to four 6x6 spaces. If you have food and need a kitchen of health code, you will receive priority for this spot only. Indoor 6x6 spaces: $30 Outdoor 10x10 spaces: $40 Kitchen spaces: $25 Event day checklist: -Product to sell -Table -Chairs -Tent (optional but recommended) -Water Applications: Application cut off is July 3rd, 2026. Vendor selections will be complete and vendors notified on July 4th, 2026. Invoices will be sent out same day and payments are due no later than July 11th, 2026. This is a first selected and paid event. If payment is not received by July 11th, 2026, we will assume you are no longer interested and your reservation will be forfeit. Parking: Parking will be available on site. Pack-in/Pack-out: Set up will be available starting at 10:00 a.m. and must be complete by 11:45 a.m. Pack out can begin at 4:30 p.m. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean area and must ensure they leave their space as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. Advertisements: Please understand, this event is only as great as we make it to be. Much like our products, we put our time and effort into making it grow. Please be sure to advertise on your social media the event details leading up to the event and post throughout the day when possible.
