A night market full of Cultura and Community. ********IMPORTANT INFORMATION******** PLEASE READ - Terms, Conditions, Regulations, Policies and Disclosures: LATINA MARKET is carefully curated. Our team will review all applications and select the vendors that best fit our event. The application review process consists of your products, booth display, website and social media presence. We will be featuring local brands, and unique small businesses in our community. Due to the high volume of applicants for certain categories, we will limit the number of vendors for these categories. We are looking for a variety of products and unfortunately we can not accept everyone with the same items as much as we'd love to. NOT ACCEPTED: Alcohol vendors, CBD vendors, Third-Party Vendors, Distributors, Consultants, Corporations, Politically sponsored vendors, unfortunately are not accepted at our events. LATINA MARKET focuses on ARTS and CRAFTS. - APPLYING does not guarantee you a spot. Unless you are selected to join our market, you will not hear from us. If you have any questions about your application, email us at SHOPLATINAMARKET@GMAIL.COM - We select more than one vendor per category. - ACCEPTED applicants will receive an acceptance email and invoice for booth fee. If your category is full, we will automatically add you to our waiting list. - Booth fee must be paid to secure your space within 48 hours. After 48 hours, invoice will be CANCELED, and space will be offered to the next vendor on our waiting list. -THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS FOR MERCHANDISE VENDORS ONLY. *****FOOD, BEVERAGE and SNACK VENDORS - PLEASE EMAIL US TO REQUEST FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION. Email:SHOPLATINAMARKET@GMAIL.COM - EVENT PROMOTION is Required. (Not promoting will affect future participation at our events). - BOOTH Sharing is NOT allowed. Only 1 Business is allowed per a booth. (Sharing booths will affect future participation at our events). -Vendor spaces are NON TRANSFERABLE. Vendors cannot give their space to another vendor. - Vendors cannot choose their spots. The organizers will map out the venue and assign spaces by category and market layout. Vendor spots are final. - Load in/out instructions will be sent via email approximately 1 week prior to the market date. - All vendors must be completely set up by 4:30pm. BE ON TIME and Stay for the entire event. Arriving late and leaving early will affect future participation. - You must have a WHITE or PINK TENT. - This market is rain or shine. - COMPLETE TENT SET UP is Required. This is an outdoor Night Market you will need 10 x10 Tent, Weights, Tables, Chair, Lights, Extension cords for electricity, and other needed equipment. - BOOTH FEES are NON-Refundable and NON-Transferable. (NO REFUNDS, NO RESCHEDULES, NO CREDIT). - Any Cancellations due to personal matters, will NOT receive credit, refund, or reschedule. Unfortunately we can't issue refunds, credits or reschedule due to event expenses. - No new date, Refunds or Credits will be issued. If the event closes early or is delayed due to inclement weather, acts of violence, or other acts of God.
