Vendor Instructions
Prices will range from $35 to $200 on average, so please price your items accordingly. Ur Hot Best Friends is a curated vintage market with a specific vision for each event. Please refer to our mood board before selecting pieces to sell: https://pin.it/3UwQPcbLC If your pieces do not align with the mood board, they will not be showcased in the curated space. We will do our best to help you sell, but we can't guarantee sales, as this event is being promoted to fashion girls in their twenties and early thirties. Thank you for understanding, we are so excited to bring everyone's pieces together for one cohesive vision! (Indoor vendors) Vendors are required to be present at the main market on December 5th and must arrive one hour prior to the start time (11 AM) to help with final setup and preparation. Vendors do not need to be present at the VIP event on December 4th. Vendors are responsible for tagging their own items, including their booth or vendor number if applicable. Each indoor vendor's inventory must be dropped off on November 29th so items can be curated within the space. Outdoor vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup unless they have paid for and communicated the need for add ons ahead of time (such as racks and hangers). Service vendors are considered outdoor vendors unless communicated otherwise with Caitlyn or Darby.
Refund Policy
No refunds. We understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up that mean plans need to change. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before market day. Each vendor may reschedule up to two times. After two reschedules, your vendor fee will be forfeited. All rescheduling requests are approved at the discretion of Caitlyn and Darby. We will always approach these situations with kindness and understanding, we appreciate you working with us on this.
