Due to the curation of vendors for the moon market, non-vintage clothing vendors will be prioritized during the application process❤️. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for bullying of staff, peers and other vendors. Please be courteous of your neighbors. Please don't leave big bags of trash in our grey trash cans that are put out for customers. If the product you sell produces a lot of trash (ex: food vendor) throw trash bags in the black trash bins located behind the store in the "B" area. Provide pictures of your set up. Check in begins at 4:30pm. If you arrive after the event begins (6:00pm) we have the right to refuse you from setting up. You can Park in the Pearl parking lot located under the bridge to unload. Please stay in your designated spaces (they are market). If you need assistance finding a spot, please refer to an onsite event coordinator. Pick up all your trash at the end of the market. If you are using an outlet, make sure all wires are out of walkways. Violation of any of these policies can lead to a temporary ban and eventually a permanent ban if persistent. RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. A portion of the vendor fee goes to providing payment for entertainment, electricity, customer giveaways, ads and fliers! :)
Vendor Instructions

Message @bexarvintagemarket if you have any concerns regarding any markets under our supervision. Please be courteous of your neighbors. Please don't leave big bags of trash in our grey trash cans that are put out for customers. If the product you sell produces a lot of trash (ex: food vendor) throw trash bags in the black trash bins located behind the store in the "B" area. Do not allow for inventory from your booth to be brought inside thrift at the warehouse until after it has been purchased by the customer. We don't allow anyone to try any outside clothing on inside the store. Provide pictures of your set up. Check in begins at 4:30pm. If you arrive after the event begins (6:00pm) we have the right to refuse you from setting up. Please stay in your designated spaces (they are marked). If the event coordinator instructs you to move your set up, you must execute that instruction. If you need assistance finding a spot, please refer to an onsite event coordinator. Vendors are responsible for having all proper and needed permits. We are not responsible for any theft or damaged inventory that may happen at your booth on our property. If you purchase a non clothing spot as a clothing vendor you will not get refunded and will be removed off the map!!
