Vendor Instructions

SETUP: Set up time between 0:00-0:00am. Vendors must be set-up by 1 hour before the event starts. Vendors are required to park in the assigned areas. _______________________________ BOOTH POLICY: Vendors must keep their stall and their equipment in a clean, safe, and hazard-free condition. At the end of the market, each vendor must leave their selling area clean, with all trash, oils, and debris removed. Vendors must supply their own tents, tent weights, and tables. For the safety of all present at the market, ropes or tie-down straps that connect the weight to the tent must be taut at all times. Bungee cords may not be used to hold tent weights. Tent weights must be attached immediately after pitching the tent and when weights are removed, the tent must be immediately taken down. _______________________________ ***BY AGREEING TO THIS FORM AND ACCEPTING THESE TERMS. PERMITS/INSURANCE: Vendors are required to hold all permits, licenses, and insurance for their business operations, and agree to this agreement in order to vend. Refund Policy

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: There are no refunds for cancellation and we do not provide rollovers, unless the coordinator designates it as a special circumstance. We prefer you let us know if you cannot show up and we can make spot changes manually through the app/website. Vendors are not able to sell their space to another vendor without first asking for approval from the market coordinator. Please inform coordinator if splitting a spot with a vendor not listed in profile. All vendor payments are non-refundable (Tất cả các khoản tiền thanh toán cho gian hàng sẽ không được hoàn trả lại).  Cancellations made within one (1) week of the event start date are non-refundable for any reason (Việc thông báo hủy bỏ gian hàng trước 1 tuần của sự kiện sẽ không được hoàn trả lại ở bất kỳ lý do nào).  Cancellations made more than one (1) week prior to the event start date are not refundable but may be issued as a credit toward a future Asia Times Square–hosted event, subject to the following conditions (Việc hủy bỏ gian hàng trước tuần sự kiện sẽ không được hoàn lại nhưng có thể được chuyển thành tín dụng cho sự kiện khác do Asia Times Square tổ chức trong tương lai) o Credit must be used within one (1) year from the original event date (Tiền tín dụng sẽ được sử dụng trong vòng 1 năm kể từ ngày xin hủy sự kiện) . o Credit is non-transferable and may only be applied to the original vendor (Số tiền tín dụng sẽ không được chuyển nhượng cho bất kỳ ai). o Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund (Số tiền tín dụng không có giá trị của tiền mặt và không thể chuyển thành tiền hoàn lại).
