Refund Policy
Cancellation & Credit Policy All vendor payments are non-refundable (Tất cả các khoản tiền thanh toán cho gian hàng sẽ không được hoàn trả lại). Cancellations made within one (1) week of the event start date are non-refundable for any reason (Việc thông báo hủy bỏ gian hàng trước 1 tuần của sự kiện sẽ không được hoàn trả lại ở bất kỳ lý do nào). Cancellations made more than one (1) week prior to the event start date are not refundable but may be issued as a credit toward a future Asia Times Square–hosted event, subject to the following conditions (Việc hủy bỏ gian hàng trước tuần sự kiện sẽ không được hoàn lại nhưng có thể được chuyển thành tín dụng cho sự kiện khác do Asia Times Square tổ chức trong tương lai) o Credit must be used within one (1) year from the original event date (Tiền tín dụng sẽ được sử dụng trong vòng 1 năm kể từ ngày xin hủy sự kiện) . o Credit is non-transferable and may only be applied to the original vendor (Số tiền tín dụng sẽ không được chuyển nhượng cho bất kỳ ai). o Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund (Số tiền tín dụng không có giá trị của tiền mặt và không thể chuyển thành tiền hoàn lại).
