Vendor Instructions
Vendor load-in begins at 4:30 PM. Please check in with the CrowdFame team upon arrival for booth placement assistance. Parking instructions, booth assignments, and final event details will be emailed 48 hours before the event. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, and lighting if needed. WiFi availability may vary depending on venue capacity. Please plan accordingly for card readers and mobile payments.

Refund Policy
All vendor booth payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. If a vendor can no longer attend, booth spaces may be transferred to another approved vendor with prior organizer approval. No-shows will not receive refunds or credits. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to reschedule the event.
