Matchee is a Houston-based specialty beverage concept focused on high-quality Japanese matcha and Vietnamese coffee. All drinks are made fresh to order using ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Japan and a custom Vietnamese coffee blend brewed through a traditional cloth filter method (cà phê vợt), resulting in a smooth, rich, and balanced flavor profile. Our menu features handcrafted matcha lattes, hojicha drinks, and creative signature beverages such as strawberry matcha, coconut matcha, and matcha cream-based drinks. In addition, we offer Vietnamese iced coffee and coffee-based specialty drinks that complement our matcha lineup. We operate primarily as a mobile pop-up, focusing on clean, visually appealing drinks with efficient service. All items are prepared on-site using pre-prepared ingredients and simple equipment (no heavy cooking, grilling, or frying involved).
