
Rosca is a Chicago-based bagel shop blending Mexican heritage with traditional sourdough craft. Each bagel takes three days to make from scratch, using freshly milled organic einkorn wheat berries for our flour and bold, Latin-inspired flavors like Red Mole, Mango + Pepita, and Mexican Everything. Operating out of Pilsen, Rosca also offers pastries, agua frescas, and signature spice blends—crafted to bring authentic flavor to any kitchen.
