About
Xíu Cafe started and inspired from the slow-living, nostalgic streets of Hội An, a famous old town that is deeply tied to my roots and family heritage. My intention with Xíu is to create a small pocket of time where people can truly slow down, breathe, and connect. Rather than utilizing quick industrial espresso machines, we embrace the patient art of traditional Vietnamese Phin brewed coffee, Vietnamese inspired hand whisked matcha drinks, and Mot- a tradional refreshing herbal tea in Vietnam We want to offer your guests an intentional, refreshing experience that goes beyond just buying a beverage, bringing a genuine piece of old-town culture to the community. Description of Products: Authentic Vietnamese Phin brewed coffee (classic and salted cream foam), ceremonial layered matcha lattes (strawberry and lychee), and traditional Hoi An botanical herbal tea (Mot tea).
