MARKET VENDOR AGREEMENT Permits, Insurance, and Licenses Vendors are highly suggested to hold all required permits, licenses, and insurance for their business operations, and agree to this agreement in order to vend. While operating at the market, vendors must follow all local, county, state, and federal regulations for handling, selling and distributing food and products. Vendors must keep their stall and their equipment in a clean, safe, and hazard-free condition. At the end of the market, each vendor must leave their selling area clean, with all trash and debris removed. Vendors must supply their own tents, tent weights, and tables. For the safety of all present at the market, ropes or tie-down straps that connect the weight to the tent must be taut at all times. Bungee cords may not be used to hold tent weights. Tent weights must be attached immediately after pitching the tent and when weights are removed, the tent must be immediately taken down. If vendors do not tent , a limited number may be available for rental for a $15 fee, subject to availability. If all rentals are taken and you did not bring tent weights, you will not be permitted to put up your tent, but may still vend without one. SET-UP Set up time between 8:30am and 11:30am. Vendors are not to set up earlier than 9:30am. This applies to both reserved and unreserved spots. All vendors make a line at the steps of Pavement Resale and Clothing Store if you arrive at 8:30 or before 8:30. There will be two lines. 1.One for those that reserved a spot 2. Second for those that have not reserved a spot at the Market. Set up ends at 11:30 and after 11:30 spots are not guaranteed will be given to vendors on the Montrose Market waitlist. Late vendors may be excluded from photography, if present. Vendors arriving late may not drive into the lot. Please park streetside or leave the closest parking spaces for vendors arriving in their assigned window and unload your car. You are asked to arrive before 10:30 am to unload materials in your space. You may return and continue setting up after you have reparked. MARKET TIME Please make the proper arguments to be able to be at the market for the full duration. PARKING NO PARKING IN FRONT OF PAVEMENT you can unload but please move your car after unloading. At the end of the day you can move closer to pack up. Please find parking in the nearby neighborhoods for the duration of the event. Parking is not allowed in the back lot of the building of Emerson rose and leopard lounge. TEAR-DOWN Vendors must keep their booth, tables, and displays assembled until the end of the market and may not pack up early without permission. After all materials are packed and loaded into their vehicle, vendors must ensure their space is free of all trash and debris before leaving. A $5 cleaning fee may be assessed for uncleaned spaces. CANCELEATION No refunds for cancellation. If a vendor is unable to attend, send a message ASAP of your attendance status if it changes. Vendors are not able to sell their space to another vendor. The market has many vendors that want to be apart and cancellations spaces are reserved to them first. **Please do NOT ask for full refunds or for your fee to be credited to future markets if you are not eligible. We must adhere to these policies strictly to ensure the wellbeing of the market as fees may already be allocated each month to growth, photography, ad campaigns, management, venue costs, insurance, and other related operational costs. The portion of your refund that we keep is used to make sure these costs, at a minimum, can still be covered in the event that you are unable to attend. In the event of family or health related emergencies, please provide documentation or substantive proof of need for your vendor fee to be considered for credit towards a future market. We will NOT accept vehicle or childcare related absences. COVID-19 related absences must be accompanied by a positive lab test result (no at-home tests) within 7 days of the conclusion of the missed market in order to receive credit. BY AGREEING TO THIS FORM AND ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, you, the vendor, agree to defend, and hold harmless Pavement Clothing,Montrose Market, and it’s managers, markets, and venues from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs, and expenses, whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, regardless of the merit or outcome of any such claim or suit, arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct or negligent acts, errors, or omissions of Vendor, its agents and employees, in connection with my participation in the Montrose Market and in the performance of services, work or activities under this agreement and Montrose Market rules. I acknowledge receipt of and agree to comply with each and every rule, regulation, procedure, term, and condition set forth in Montrose Market vendor rules and agreements

WE DON’T OFFER REFUND under any circumstances. ROLLOVERS are only offered when Montrose Market is canceled by the event coordinator and not by the vendor not showing up. Should the event be cancelled due to weather, vendors get priority booking for our next open events. if you cannot make it to an event that you have booked the Market coordinator can assist with selling off your space to another vendor given a weeks notice.
