Vendor Instructions
Vendors will be provided with racks, hangers, promotional deliverables, and creative direction for their setup. Vendors are only responsible for bringing their pieces and pricing them accordingly. All other elements, including the full setup and display, can be handled by the host. At least 75% of each vendor’s inventory must be dropped off three days prior to the event to allow time for styling and setup. Vendors should also provide a small selection of pieces in advance for use on the designated content day to support promotional materials for the event. Vendors are required to be present at the event and must arrive one hour prior to the start time to assist with final setup and preparation. Not responsible for stolen or damaged goods, or injuries.
