These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CrowdFame event and vendor-marketplace platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Events, bookings & payments

• Event organizers are responsible for the events they create and the terms they set.
• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and for fulfilling booked spaces.
• Payments and payouts are processed by third-party processors; their terms apply in addition to these Terms.

Messaging (SMS) terms

By opting in during signup or otherwise providing express consent, you agree to receive recurring automated account and event text messages from CrowdFame at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating laws, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, CrowdFame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
